Bradley brings a strong background in retail to CustomersFirst. He understands what it means to stand behind a counter and serve the customer, and what a difference good service can make.

His goal is to enable businesses to provide the kind of service that makes their customers come back to them again and again, regardless of price. He wants your customers to say, "I wouldn't consider going anywhere else because of their service."

Bradley grew up in Pittsford , New York and graduated with a degree in Economics from St. Lawrence University in Canton , NY . Sports of interest include football, soccer, lacrosse, tennis, downhill skiing, Frisbee and beach volleyball. He lives in Natick , Massachusetts with his wife and two children.

Richard B. Cohen, Partner

Richard Cohen has been intrigued by customer feedback ever since he began his career in real estate in the late 1970's. He realized how important it is to retain customers and not lose them. In the business of commercial property management his customers are retail tenants. "Trying to get your customers to return is key," Richard maintains. "If you can figure out what your customer wants, you'll be able to keep them."

Richard currently serves as chief operations officer for CustomersFirst. He continues to sees the value in building relationships with customers every day. "In my real estate business," he says, "we communicate constantly with tenants and maintain the properties at a high level. This pays off with a very low vacancy rate. Building a relationship with our customer is good for the bottom line."

CustomersFirst provides a solid mechanism for customers to communicate their issues, good and bad. "Customer feedback is not always negative," Richard says. "You ought to know about the positive as well, and be able to respond to the person who is kind enough to give that feedback. There's good service happening every day out there. Employers need to know what their employees are doing, so they can pat that person on the back and reward them."

A Boston native, Richard is married with three children and lives in Newton , Massachusetts .
